terrible customer service. i tried placing a $700 order and when on the phone with him he cuts me off and speaks to other customers. They couldnt make my design. I ended up going to Texas custom embroidery and got my order placed within five minutes very professional people
Just ordered a DTF sheet, can I just say that the service is absolutely phenomenal!! When I called, they explained the steps to place an order, to the moment I stepped in, they provided information on how to transfer the sheet, but ultimately, they helped me press it on. Definitely coming back for all of my printing/shirt design needs. 🙌🙌 100/10
I needed a bunch of shirts printed kind of last minute and they worked with my tight deadline. The shirts turned out great. The material and quality of print is fantastic! There was a small error with the printing but they took them back and fixed them no charge and still got them to me on my tight deadline. The price was super affordable. I would definitely order shirts from them again!! Everyone was super nice and helpful!!! Was an amazing overall experience!!
I'm definitely coming here again! He helped me with a last-minute sponsor logo and did an amazing job. Very affordable, great communication, and excellent service. They just need a flag outside for more visibility, I had no idea I had a printing place so close to my work.
